If your payment details turn invalid or if you notify us to stop using a previously assigned payment method and fail to assign an alternative payment method, we may immediately suspend use and access to the Services at the end of your paid subscription period.
You may upgrade your subscription, at that time, we will charge you the additional cost for that upgrade in respect of the remainder of your originally subscribed period and update your new payment period according to the upgraded subscription.
It is your responsibility to pay Taxes, if any is to be paid in your state/country, in addition to our price. If we are required to collect or pay Taxes, the Taxes will be charged to you. This includes adding GST at the payment checkout at the appropriate rate based on information you provide to us. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If you are not happy with our Service, we will offer a full refund if you give us written notice that you wish to cancel within 15 days of payment. If you are entitled to a refund, we will notify you about your refund via email within a reasonable period of time and process a refund within 15 days of confirmation of refund claim by us. Refunds will be made by crediting the same payment card or electronic payment account you used to subscribe. For the actual refund to reflect in you chosen payment medium’s statement, it may take a few more days depending on local regulations and your payment medium’s policy.
You may cancel your Paid Services by visiting your “Account” page and selecting “Subscription” or by contacting us at email@example.com. The cancellation of the Paid Services will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. When your Paid services end, your account will remain and become a free membership. You can renew your Paid Services at any time without opening a new account, although the Paid Services fees may have increased.
Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If we suspend or terminate your use without cause, we will try to let you know in advance and help you retrieve data unless there is a legal court order.
